Atlanta Body Sculpt Policies
Appointments, Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals
At Atlanta Body Sculpt, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure the smooth operation of your appointment, please follow these guidelines:
1. Scheduling Your Appointment
When booking your appointment, we kindly request that you complete your paperwork online. Upon receiving an email with the necessary forms, take a moment to fill them out. This ensures that we’re fully prepared to attend to your needs during your visit. If you cannot complete the paperwork online, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment to complete it at Sculpt Away.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phone. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
3. Late Arrivals
We value your time, and we strive to ensure that you receive the full duration of your treatment. However, arriving late for your appointment may affect the quality and duration of your service. If you are running behind schedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Late Arrival Policy Update: In cases of late arrival, the treatment duration will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you are 20 minutes late for a 90-minute appointment, your treatment session will be shortened to 70 minutes to ensure that we can accommodate other scheduled appointments. Your promptness helps ensure a seamless experience for all our clients.
4. Cell Phones
To maintain a serene environment for all clients, we kindly request that you put your cell phone away and switch it to silent mode during your visit. This not only respects the peaceful atmosphere but also allows you to fully relax and enjoy your treatment.
5. No Shows and Deposit Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to missed appointments. To accommodate this, we offer one courtesy no-show per client. However, following the first no-show, clients will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 for their subsequent appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the scheduled treatment.
Payment Policy, Returns & Refunds
At Atlanta Body Sculpt, we strive to make your payment process as straightforward as possible. Here are our payment policies:
1. Self-Pay Only
We do not accept insurance for payments. All services and products must be self-paid.
2. Payment Due at Time of Service
Payment for services and products is due in full at the time they are rendered or based on any other prior written agreement. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Debit cards displaying the MasterCard or Visa logo are also accepted. We do not accept checks at this time.
3. Returns and Refunds
Services and Gift Cards: We regret that we cannot offer refunds for services, gift cards, or gift certificates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Products: Unopened, undamaged, and unused products may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase for Sculpt Away office credit. We may issue office credit for unused, pre-paid services within three months of the original purchase. Discounts will not apply to exchanged services if the original services were purchased at a discounted rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
HIPAA Compliance
We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Please refrain from discussing any medically or personally identifiable health information via email. Email communication is neither secure nor HIPAA compliant. If you have medical inquiries or require assistance, we strongly encourage you to contact us by telephone. While we strive to respond to emails promptly, please allow up to three days for our response. Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Children Policy
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients and guests, we’ve established the following children policy:
No Children Zone: Atlanta Body Sculpt is designed to offer a serene atmosphere for our clients. For this reason, we operate as a “No Children Zone.” We welcome clients aged 15 and above, provided they are receiving services.
Safety Note: For the safety of both clients and children, we do not allow unattended children under the age of 18 on our premises. While we understand that your children are important to you, our focus is on your well-being during treatments.
